A Sales Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). This role requires a strong background in sales and call center environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share, as well as collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Additionally, they will conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. The Sales Team Lead must also maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software and stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, minimum of 3 years of sales experience, prior experience in a call center environment, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and manage time effectively, proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software, and a results-oriented mindset.
