Health Safety Manager

Job Overview:
As a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and implement HSE procedures and instructions at the zonal level in close coordination with the central HSE team.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety observation tours across corporate offices, network sites, and sales locations.
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned corrective actions through inspection and investigation trackers in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate awareness sessions, webinars, toolbox talks, and training programs for both management and frontline staff.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant domain.
