Responsibilities:
  • Destination Selection: Identify and recommend optimal destinations, flights, and accommodations that meet our clients' needs.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients throughout their journey, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Relationship Development: Develop strong relationships with clients by offering personalized support, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Cultivate long-term customer loyalty by ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business through regular follow-ups.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies that drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients built on trust and reliability.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for efficient data management.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Task Management: Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Issue Resolution: Possess excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving client issues and minimizing disruptions.

A minimum of an Intermediate degree is required for this role. A-levels or High school education can be considered as well.
