We are seeking a skilled and experienced Exterior Envelope Specialist to join our team. This contract position requires a professional with prior experience in exterior envelope installation, maintenance, and repair.

Main Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair exterior envelopes on various construction projects
• Inspect and assess the condition of existing exterior envelopes
• Identify potential hazards or issues with exterior envelopes and take corrective actions
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
• Work closely with team members to coordinate exterior envelope work with other construction activities
• Maintain accurate records of exterior envelope work completed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Exterior Envelope Specialist or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of exterior envelope materials, installation methods, and maintenance techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills

Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate should have experience working in Multan or knowledge of local building codes. We value candidates who can begin work quickly, but immediate start is not required.
