Technical Leadership Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a seasoned software engineer to lead technology teams.

The ideal candidate will be an individual who has the passion to grow and lead, utilizing their skills and experience to drive growth.

  • As a technical leader, you will be responsible for mentoring cross-functional technology teams of junior software engineers while closely working with Q&A and DevOps teams.
  • You will be required to implement and maintain best practices of SDLC to design, develop, and maintain Enterprise-grade, highly robust, and scalable solutions.
  • Designing, updating, and owning the technical roadmap, assessing complex stakeholder requirements, and fitting them into the technology stack will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will improve the system from the perspective of the technical team and end-users.

Job Specification
  • It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years of experience with retained hands-on capabilities with Technology stack and tools (Java, Spring Boot, React.js or Angular, Postgres, Redis, Message Brokers, JMS, Spring-based Micro Services).
  • Deep understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable applications.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of Software Design and Architecture.
  • Working experience as project manager or team lead.
  • Proven track record of successfully communicating with multiple stakeholders, including engineering team, leadership team, and other company functions.
  • Ability to think strategically and see the big picture.
  • Systematic approach to programs of work and problem-solving.
