Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and success through identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our software solutions and services.
Responsibilities- New Business Acquisition: Identify potential clients and market segments, prospect via platforms like LinkedIn, AngelList, Apollo, Crunchbase, Upwork, targeting projects valued at $10k-$25k+.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their needs and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and product demos, developing clear documentation such as SRS, BRD, BPR, and user manuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software sales or business development, preferably in a software house or tech environment, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the international market, specifically the USA.
- Strong knowledge of software solutions, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.
