A Talent Acquisition & Learning Specialist is an integral part of a Fashion Apparel Brand's HR function.
Main Accountabilities- Talent Life Cycle: Oversee the entire talent life cycle, from attraction to retention.
- Strategic Hiring: Partner with stakeholders to identify and address hiring needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Regional Staffing: Recruit, select, and onboard Regional Staff to support business growth.
- Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
- Onboarding Experience: Design and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees, driving engagement and productivity.
- HR Business Partner: Collaborate with line-managers to resolve employee-related issues, provide guidance on labor laws, and ensure compliance.
- Compensation Planning: Analyze market data and internal equity to inform compensation decisions, promoting fairness and competitiveness.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
- Expertise in labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.
