About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our production team at Z & J Hygienic Products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and supervisory experience, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain close communication with technical and administrative staff to resolve production-related issues.
• Monitor production processes, adjusting schedules as needed to optimize output and minimize waste.
• Analyze operations data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.

Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (D.A.E or B-TECH) and at least 10 years of experience in production management.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and technical skills, with a proven track record of driving results-oriented projects.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in identifying and resolving complex production issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
