Job Title: Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in managing a growing collection of innovative content. This position will also support the company's overall B2B communication, focusing on creating engaging content that fosters internal and external communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presentation Preparation: Develop and design high-quality presentations that effectively communicate business ideas and strategies.
  • Technical and Business Writing Skills: Produce well-researched and articulate written content for various platforms, including web pages, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Engage with subject matter experts to extract compelling needs and objectives for distribution and publishing.
  • Client Communication Support: Assist in developing client communication strategies that align with the company's business vision and growth goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the content portfolio, strategy, systems, audiences, and competitor activities in the market.

Requirements:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Active Listening Skills: Ability to work closely with subject matter experts and extract key information.
  • Solid Organizational Skills: Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Effective Working Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Tech Savviness: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience with business-to-business (B2B) communication is an asset.
