Main Responsibilities
  • Accurately record and document asset transactions to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Plan and organize conferences, seminars, and events to enhance teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in the administration department to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement admin policies to ensure compliance and a positive work environment.
  • Source and procure administrative materials efficiently using purchase orders to optimize resources.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with external vendors to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Clear outstanding debts and bills promptly to avoid financial penalties and damage to the company's reputation.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with government departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Take on managerial responsibilities when necessary to ensure continuity and stability.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the head of administration to contribute to team goals.
  • Oversee facilities management, transportation, and other administrative services to create a comfortable work environment.
  • Submit and process bills and invoices in a timely manner to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff members on everyday tasks to enhance their skills and confidence.

Main Requirements:

  • Recruit suitable candidates to fill vacant positions quickly to meet operational needs.
  • Regularly verify compliance with labor laws and regulations to avoid potential risks and penalties.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time to maintain a satisfied and motivated workforce.
  • Collaborate with the admin manager to resolve employee grievances and promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies to ensure successful audits and compliance.
  • Seek advice from the company's lawyer when needed to inform business decisions and strategies.
