Business Growth Strategist
We are seeking a talented Business Growth Strategist to help us expand our reach and establish long-term partnerships with colleges and universities in the USA and Canada. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of the education sector, close high-value deals, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Partnership Development: Identify and secure partnerships with institutions that align with our goals and objectives, developing tailored strategies for engagement and ensuring successful implementation of our platform.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand the specific challenges and needs of the education sector, providing valuable insights to inform business strategies.
- Proposal Development and Presentation: Develop compelling proposals and present our value proposition to academic decision-makers, showcasing how our platform enhances student engagement and academic performance.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring successful implementation of our platform within partnered institutions.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth handoff to the partnerships team for onboarding.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with universities, ensuring a deep understanding of their evolving needs and adapting strategies accordingly.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the education sector or EdTech.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation skills, analytical skills, ability to think strategically about growth opportunities, and outstanding relationship-building skills.
