Job Title: Operations Manager - Sales Strategy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team as a Sales Strategy Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

About the Role:
  • Inventory Management and CRM Maintenance
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory information within the CRM system, ensuring timely updates on unit availability, pricing, and buyer payment terms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to secure approvals for customized discounts or payment plans as requested by prospective buyers.
  • Cross-Border Payment Oversight
  • Manage and monitor all payment processes from KSA to Pakistan in accordance with approved SOPs.
  • E nsure clear visibility of payment procedures to KSA Sales Representatives.
  • Coordinate with Finance & Accounts teams to confirm receipts and maintain records of all transactions.
  • On-Ground Support and Site Representation
  • Act as the Pakistan-based representative of the KSA Sales Team, conducting site visits, supporting client walkthroughs, and addressing buyer queries directly or via their appointed representatives.
  • E nsure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding documentation and project updates.
  • Stakeholder & Process Management
  • Serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders (marketing, legal, finance, etc.) and the KSA Sales Team to ensure smooth execution of SOPs.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks impeding operational flow or stakeholder coordination.
  • Communicate clear instructions and task ownership to all concerned parties.
  • Policy & Project Knowledge Management
  • Remain up to date on all policy updates, project collateral, pricing changes, payment plan revisions, and new feature launches.
  • E nsure such updates are disseminated promptly and accurately to the relevant teams and individuals in KSA.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales operations, customer relationship management, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
