Project Coordinator

About the Job:

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Donor Relationship Management and Support: Develop and maintain effective relationships with project donors to ensure timely receipt of funds and support.
  2. School Partnerships and Collaborations Development: Foster and develop partnerships with public and private sector schools, school administrations, and government officials to advance project objectives.
  3. Project Activity Documentation and Reporting: Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of project activities, including reporting on progress and outcomes.
  4. Program Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor program implementation in schools to identify areas of improvement and provide strategic guidance.
  5. Team Capacity Building and Training: Organize and deliver training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Innovation and Strategic Planning Initiatives: Conceptualize new ideas and frameworks to drive project innovation and strategic planning.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Development: Establish and maintain linkages with key stakeholders, including government officials, civil society organizations, and private sector entities.
  8. Field Support and Coordination Services: Provide regular support to field teams to ensure successful project implementation.
  9. Case Study Development and Analysis: Document and analyze case studies of project success stories to inform future programming.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Language Fluency: Be proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Computer Proficiency: Have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communications.
  • Implementation Support and Coordination Ability: Be able to provide implementation support and coordinate among team members at head office and field level.
