Job Title: Customer Support Agent

Salary: Competitive pay rate starting from Rs50K PKR, paid bi-weekly.

Job Description: Our team is looking for highly skilled individuals to provide top-notch customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for making outbound or inbound calls, assisting customers, and resolving their queries in a timely manner. A strong background in communication, technical skills, and analytical thinking is necessary for this role.

  • Provide initial support by responding to a large volume of calls and emails from customers.
  • Assist customers with various questions, requests, and issues; research, document, track, and monitor customer inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively, considering the varying levels of customers' technical expertise.
  • Accurately input data and record customer issues using CRM software.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in PC operating systems, particularly Windows 10.
  • Minimum 8GB RAM with SSD and Core i3 processor.
  • USB Headset with noise-cancelling microphone.

Requirements:

  • Superior communication and listening skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with basic knowledge of problem escalation procedures.
  • Able to learn new software products and troubleshoot them.
  • Attention to detail, high accuracy, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Efficient time management and minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree mandatory.

Additional Information: Please note that this job requires relocation to Islamabad.
