As a Medical Affairs Partner, you will contribute to the improvement of the patient journey and creation of value in the ecosystem. This position involves developing strong partnerships with stakeholders, leveraging digital means and tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive solutions that deliver outcomes faster.

Main Accountabilities

You will act as a trusted partner and be the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche; sharing stakeholder needs internally, prioritizing, and securing resources, and driving solutions that deliver outcomes faster. You will also oversee the patient journey in its entirety, acting as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and leverage this to co-create solutions with stakeholders in the ecosystem.

  • You will steward Roche's products through their lifecycle and support their appropriate use, which includes sharing their merits with HCPs in a truthful and balanced manner.

  • You will maintain a robust understanding of medical affairs strategies and tactics, including clinical research. You will also have a deep understanding of patient journeys and related treatments in Ophthalmology, enabling engagement at the specialist level.

  • You will partner with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community.
