Maternal and Child Health Initiative
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Midwifery Training Program. The program aims to enhance maternal and child health in rural areas of Sindh.
About the Program:
- The program is designed for matric-passed women from various Union Councils in Sindh, who are committed to enhancing maternal and child health.
- The training course spans 24 months at a private midwifery school, where participants will gain hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge.
- Upon completion of the training, successful candidates will be employed at health centers in their respective Union Councils.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be female, matric-passed (preferably in science) with a minimum of 140 marks.
- The age limit for the program is between 18 to 40 years.
- Candidates must participate in the board examination conducted by the Sindh Nursing Examination Board upon completion of the training.
- A surety bond committing to work with the organization for a minimum of three years post-training is required.
Required Documents:
- Candidates must submit certified copies of their matriculation certificate and marks sheet.
- A valid CNIC (National Identity Card) is also required.
Benefits:
- Trainees will receive a stipend of PKR 10,000 per month during the training period.
