Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring its security and smooth operation, and providing technical support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Implement security measures to protect our network from external threats.
  • Maintain network documentation and keep it up-to-date.
  • Provide technical support to users for any networking or systems-related issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in networking or systems administration.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
  • Experience with routing protocols such as OSPF or BGP is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues.
