We're seeking an experienced professional to develop cutting-edge Machine Learning models, collaborate with Data Engineering to build efficient ETL architectures, and guide stakeholders through powerful data insights.

">About the Role:

As a Machine Learning Lead, you will be responsible for designing and deploying ML models from scratch, helping product managers and stakeholders understand their value. You will lead customer data meetings to improve data insights, research and develop innovative ML models to solve unique customer challenges and enhance datasets.

">Main Responsibilities:
  • Data Insights: Lead customer data meetings to improve data insights and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • ETL Architecture: Collaborate with Data Engineering to create powerful ETL architectures that support efficient data processing.
  • ML Model Development: Research and develop innovative ML models to solve unique customer challenges and enhance datasets.
  • Model Deployment: Design and deploy ML models from scratch, helping product managers and stakeholders understand their value.
  • Mentorship: Mentor data teams and analysts on ML modeling capabilities and how to drive value through data-driven KPIs for various industries.

You will have hands-on programming experience, particularly with enterprise products, mastery of multiple programming languages and statistical platforms like Python, R, or MatLab, SQL, and Azure Data Tools.

">Necessary Skills & Experience:
  • Programming Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on programming experience, particularly with enterprise products.
  • Programming Languages: Mastery of multiple programming languages and statistical platforms like Python, R, or MatLab, SQL, and Azure Data Tools.
  • Dataset Building: Experience in building datasets and ML models.
  • Quick Learner: A quick learner who takes initiative and thrives in the world of data.
  • Technical Skills: Experience in Numpy, Pandas, scikit-learn, Seaborn, Jupyter, Colab, and Vs Code.
