Job Title: Marketing Campaign Coordinator

About Twin Valley, a fourth-generation family-owned broadband and communications company, is looking for an experienced professional to lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role will work closely with the marketing team to increase lead generation and conversions, improve brand awareness and perception, and support the company's growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Messaging, PR & Communications: Create and execute messaging, public relations, and communication plans to enhance the company's image and reputation.
  • Brand Awareness, Standards & Asset Management: Ensure consistent branding across all channels and manage brand assets.

This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong project coordination and interpersonal skills, and a focus on continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the intersection of consumer experience, media, marketing, and digital technology.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in integrated marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, or relevant field of study.
  • Five or more years of successful experience in multi-channel marketing and communications.
  • Mid-level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills; knowledge of AP Style preferred.
  • Hold and maintain a valid driver's license; driving record must meet the criteria of the company's insurance carrier for acceptance of coverage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Corporate communications, digital marketing, email marketing, and corporate social media management experience.
  • Telecommunications product and industry knowledge.
