Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by providing technical sales support to customers.
- Conduct customer site visits for technical surveys and prepare BOQs.
- Arrange quotations from SIS for customized solutions and present solutions to customers.
- Participate in customer meetings (physical or online) for requirement gathering, product presentations, pre-bid discussions, and pre-RFP work, ensuring agreement vetting as per scope.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams (KAM/CCC/PIE/Data Center) to ensure proper solution provisioning and address infrastructure queries.
