Job Role:

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify, attract, and engage potential clients through LinkedIn. This includes creating and implementing tailored lead generation campaigns, identifying and engaging key stakeholders, and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation Strategies:
    • Create and implement tailored LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns for B2B IT markets.
    • Identify and engage key stakeholders such as CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers.
  2. Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through LinkedIn.
    • Send personalized and professional connection requests and follow-up messages to nurture leads.
  3. Content Sharing:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to share valuable content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that engages prospects.
    • Leverage LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts to boost lead engagement.
  4. Data Management:
    • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads and contacts.
    • Track progress using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions.
  5. Campaign Analysis:
    • Monitor the effectiveness of lead-generation campaigns and suggest improvements.
    • Analyze key metrics (response rate, connection rate, lead quality) to optimize outreach.
  6. Industry Insights:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and LinkedIn algorithm updates.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation for IT or B2B industries.
  2. Proficiency with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, etc.) with demonstrated results in generating warm leads from diverse geographies.
  3. Strong understanding of lead nurturing processes and CRM tools.
  4. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
