IT System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team and play a key role in managing and maintaining our clients' IT services and network installations. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for providing technical advice, implementing industry best practices, and taking a technical lead within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a diverse range of server and network infrastructure.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, demonstrating strong customer focus and a sense of ownership.
  • Create and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge databases.
  • Liaise with vendors and managed service partners to deliver a highly available always-on service.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and adhere to change management processes.
Requirements:
  • CLOUD TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE IN AZURE, O365.
  • Windows Server Knowledge and Linux expertise.
  • Windows Server Administration (expert).
  • Standard Infrastructure Technologies understanding, including Virtualisation, Backup, Storage, Active Directory, Monitoring, Certification Authorities.
  • Networking concepts understanding, including Layer 3 Routing protocols, IPSec/SSL VPN, Network Load balancing, etc.
  • REST API knowledge.
  • VoIP experience.

Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in Application and Server infrastructure administration, Hypervisors, virtualization technologies, Microsoft SQL Server Administration, and Cloud platforms like Azure.

Desirable Technologies:

  • Cisco.
  • Cloud platforms like Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, or OCI.
