Job Title: Expert Deployment

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our deployment projects through SCM coordination for agreements/POs, budget, and invoice processing.

The successful candidate will report to the Manager Budgeting & PMO and work closely with an extended team of three people in the Network Deployment Department of the Technology Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, generating monthly reports for management review.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of new rollout projects.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) and capitalize CAPEX budgets as per the monthly plan.
  • Finalize statements of work (SOW) in coordination with relevant stakeholders and follow up with supply chain management (SCM) for new and renewed agreements.
  • Initiate procurement requests (PRs) based on defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and follow up with procurement for PO issuance.
  • Handle service contracts invoices/payments of rollout and logistics according to agreement terms.
  • Record data with supporting documents to facilitate future queries.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of work experience in a financial role.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and vendor management capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
