Project Manager Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of construction and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality compliance at all levels, managing project progress and completion within budget and quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all construction and post-construction activities meet the required standards.
- Design and Contract Execution: Carry out work as per design and contract awarded by the Engineering Department.
- On-Site Handling: Handle all construction and post-construction matters, including cost and scope variance reporting.
- Project Progress and Completion: Ensure smooth progress and timely completion of projects.
- Maintenance Work: Execute maintenance work as per The Citizen Foundation standards and scope.
- Site Reporting: Report any deviations observed during site inspections.
- Construction Oversight: Ensure construction is carried out according to required design and quality standards.
- Land Surveys: Conduct land surveys in coordination with region/area teams within assigned districts and prepare land survey reports.
- New Construction and Maintenance Works: Supervise new construction and maintenance works.
- Timely Completion: Ensure timely completion of milestones and follow up with contractors in case of delays.
- Bills Verification: Oversee verification of bills and validation of compliance to drawings, specification, and standards.
- Work Measurement: Check and record measurements of work done at site.
- Quality Testing: Conduct soil testing and other quality-related testing as per contract conditions.
- Punch List Preparation: Prepare punch lists after field inspections.
- Reports Submission: Prepare and present timely reports to the line manager in case of any change in scope or cost.
