Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in Project Management and a qualification such as BSCS/BSSE/BSIT.

Key Skills and Qualifications include:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Qualification: BSCS/BSSE/BSIT.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Assist the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
  2. Coodinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  3. Utilize project management tools, especially Jira.
  4. Prepare project reports.
  5. Manage capacity by keeping track of available resources.
  6. Oversee resource management.
  7. Apply estimation techniques.
  8. Track project progress and deliverables, ensuring alignment with established timelines.
  9. Manage project documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  11. Facilitate collaboration and promote a positive team environment.
  12. Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
  13. Assist in the overall delivery of the project.
