Digital Marketing Professional

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Digital Marketing Assistant. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing essential tasks across digital marketing, campaign management, book review, formatting, AI, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to increase engagement and grow our readership.
  2. Develop and manage landing pages and email sequences using AWeber to foster connections and drive book sales.
Book Review and Formatting:
  1. Conduct thorough book reviews and light edits to ensure quality and consistency.
  2. Format e-books and print books to publishing standards (training will be provided if necessary).
AI and Automation:
  1. Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to assist with content creation and streamline workflows.
  2. Implement automation workflows using no-code platforms like Zapier or Integromat to enhance operational efficiency.
Additional Tasks:
  1. Take on various ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the business.
  2. Create simple graphics and promotional materials, if you have basic design skills (Canva or Adobe experience preferred).
Requirements:

Education:

  1. Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus.
  2. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Skills:

  1. Digital marketing experience, especially with Facebook Business Manager and AWeber.
  2. Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT) and no-code automation (e.g., Zapier).
  3. Strong English proficiency for reviewing, editing, and creating marketing content.
  4. Basic design skills are a bonus (Canva or Adobe tools).
