Established construction projects require meticulous planning and accurate cost estimation. A skilled Construction Estimator plays a vital role in this process, analyzing project requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates that drive successful project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction methodologies, materials, and industry practices. They should be able to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction specifications with ease. Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills are also essential for this position.

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is required. Additionally, at least 3 years of experience in a construction estimating role is necessary. The ability to communicate effectively and work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors is crucial.

The selected individual will be responsible for interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, conducting quantity take-offs and cost analysis, preparing bid proposals, and liaising with clients and vendors. They will also need to evaluate subcontractor quotes and maintain cost databases and estimation tools.
