Job Title: Academic Planning Specialist

The role of the Academic Planning Specialist is crucial in ensuring smooth academic operations throughout the year. The position plays a key part in upholding standards of quality, timeliness, and efficiency set by the Academic Planning function.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team responsible for planning and executing academic projects across The Citizen Foundation network of schools. As an Academic Planning Specialist, you will be working closely with Lead - Academic Planning to ensure seamless execution of academic activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in developing and implementing academic projects, including calendar design, syllabus creation, policy revision, and booklist compilation.
  • Collaborate with subject specialists to develop grade-specific and subject-based syllabi, and assist in project execution and coordination.
  • Review and revise school policies to ensure clarity and coherence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders within The Citizen Foundation network of schools.
  • Contribute to curriculum development, student learning outcomes, testing, and other related activities.
Requirements:
