Medical Billing Sales Specialist
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated sales professional with proven experience in medical billing sales to contribute to the growth of our dynamic team in the healthcare sector.
Main Responsibilities:- Proactively generate leads and qualify opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify key decision-makers within healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices.
- Clearly communicate our medical billing services, value propositions, and competitive advantages to schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain and update CRM with detailed and accurate records of activities and client interactions.
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and targets related to outreach and conversions.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in medical billing sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and outbound sales tools.
- The ability to work independently during night shift hours.
- A goal-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in cold calling and high-volume outreach roles.
