Financial Management Role

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for driving the financial sustainability of the organization, overseeing cash flows, and developing a strategy for long-term business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and interpret monthly management accounts and annual reports to ensure transparency and compliance.
  • Design, coordinate, and evaluate financial programs and supporting information systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assess and manage risks to develop robust financial management mechanisms.
  • Craft and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Approve and coordinate improvements in financial management systems to optimize performance.
  • Ensure adherence to Company Law and other applicable legal and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, and special analysis and information reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Finance or Accounting (CA/ACCA/CMA/Master's).
  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Financial management, preferably with 2 years at senior management level in strategic planning and execution.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
  • Show understanding of general accounting principles, laws, and taxes.
