Senior Accountant Position Available

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field and possess strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP. They should also be proficient in maintaining accurate financial records and managing accounts payable/receivable.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
    • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
    • Supervise a team of junior accountants.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records and managing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Expertise in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Xero.
  • Familiarity with US tax laws and regulations, including preparation of tax returns.
