Job Title: Senior Legal Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Legal Advocate. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the prosecution of gas theft cases in gas utility court and high court under the Gas Theft Control and Recovery Act 2016.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prosecution of Gas Theft Cases in Gas Utility Court and High Court under the Gas Theft Control and Recovery Act 2016.
  • Drafting and preparing cases, appeals, reviews, revisions, petitions, and written statements, as well as representing the company in court cases for and against the company.
  • Vetting of FIR/154 CrPC statements, preparing daily prosecution reports, and coordinating with the in-charge Prosecution wing.
  • Overall supervision of prosecution cases in Gas Utility Court.
  • Proceeding of Gas Theft Cases as a Prosecutor in Gas Utility Court.
  • Keeping the in-charge Prosecution wing updated and preparing complainants and witnesses for evidence in courts.

Requirements:

  • LLB with at least 03 years of relevant experience and 01 year of bar enrolment.
  • Preferably LLM holders will be given preference.
