Freshly graduated CA/ACMA individuals with an MBA in Accounts/Finance or ACCA and at least 04 years of relevant experience are highly sought after.

  • Participate in financial planning processes, collaborating with departments across the organization to monitor and assist in recording budget revisions throughout the year.
  • Assist the immediate supervisor in monitoring compliance with revenue and expense policies, and prepare drafts of required policy improvements regarding expense guidelines, cost savings, cost allocation, and annual planning.
  • Support the DGM Budgets and MIS in maintaining liaison with departments to ensure financial continuity, accuracy, and adherence to key processes for operational cost and revenue budgeting, accounting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Assist in implementing initiatives to streamline budget/actual/variance reports and their distribution, enhancing timeliness, efficiency, effectiveness, and usefulness of reports and analyses.
  • Implement the setup of revenue, expense, and capital project accounts in the computerized financial system as advised by the immediate supervisor.
  • Collect and organize proposed budget submissions from department managers and assist in checking for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify errors and omissions and coordinate with departments to obtain clarifications or adjustments as advised by the immediate supervisor.
  • Assist in consolidating budgets for the organization and ensure consistency in planned cash inflows and outflows and planning for overall financial goals.
  • Extract reports to compare actual to budgeted results at the end of each period and highlight significant variances.
  • Prepare detailed variance analysis report of actuals against annual budget plan for cost, sales, collection target, and general ledgers.
  • Prepare drafts for presenting and explaining budgetary and financial analyses and draft recommendations to departments and senior management regarding budget gaps or funding requirements.
