Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced client relationship manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and implement effective strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  2. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional customer service.
  4. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
  5. Conduct analysis on client feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Meet or exceed client satisfaction targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • BA or MA in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software.
