Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our call centre. As Call Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with customers, driving sales growth, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage call centre resources, including equipment, staff, and training programs.
  2. Analyse customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance overall customer experience.
  3. Liaise with supervisors, team leaders, and operatives to address any issues or concerns.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  5. Monitor customer interactions, provide coaching and feedback, and track performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a call centre environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager).

You will possess excellent IT skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an analytical mindset with expertise in call centre metrics and reporting.
