Ecommerce Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant with expertise in Ecommerce Private Label operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, as well as hands-on experience with Ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and accounting software such as Dynamics 365, Tally ERP, or QuickBooks.

1. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
2. Ledger Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledger entries for all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
3. Expense Management: Monitor and track expenses related to Ecommerce Private Label operations, verifying accuracy and allocating costs appropriately.
4. Subscription Calculations: Calculate and manage subscriptions paid by the company, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
5. Profit and Loss Statements: Prepare and maintain detailed profit and loss statements, providing regular reports to management for performance evaluation.
6. Ecommerce Platform Expertise: Utilize proficiency in Shopify to manage financial transactions, inventory, and sales data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
7. Accounting Software Proficiency: Use accounting software such as Dynamics 365, Tally ERP, or QuickBooks to record and reconcile financial transactions efficiently.
8. Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial records and reports, making necessary corrections or adjustments as required.
9. Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports and statements on a regular basis, summarizing key financial information for decision-making purposes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.
2. Proven experience as an Accountant, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Ecommerce Private Label accounting.
3. Strong proficiency in Ecommerce platforms, particularly Shopify.
4. Proficiency in accounting software such as Dynamics 365, Tally ERP, or QuickBooks.
5. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
