Social Media Data Analyst

About the Role:

  • Analyze social media data to identify trends and insights that drive business growth.
  • Design and execute social media data collection strategies to gather valuable insights.
  • Monitor various social media platforms for company mentions and customer feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports on social media performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine and optimize social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute social media data collection strategies to gather valuable insights.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Keep an eye on various social media platforms for company mentions and customer feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports on social media performance and ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine and optimize social media strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
