Job Description
As a full-time on-site Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as retail sales, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, sales activities, and building relationships with customers. Your key responsibilities include interacting with customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong retail sales and sales skills, customer service and communication skills, relationship building skills, and experience in the retail or sales industry. Additionally, you should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work well in a team, and knowledge of the furniture or home decor industry is a plus. A minimum of graduation or equivalent education is required.
