We're seeking a highly skilled SEO & Ads Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth through search engine optimization and paid advertising.

The successful candidate will have expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing channels, as well as strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
  1. SEO Strategy Development:
    1. Create and implement comprehensive SEO plans to boost organic rankings and drive high-quality traffic.
    2. Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to enhance SEO performance.
    3. Ensure on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, structured data, internal linking, and website audits.
    4. Implement off-page SEO tactics, such as link building, guest posting, and outreach strategies.
    5. Optimize website speed, user experience, and mobile-friendliness to improve overall SEO.
    6. Monitor SEO performance using industry-leading tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs.
  2. Paid Advertising Management:
    1. Design and execute Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
    2. Configure and optimize campaigns to target the right audience for maximum return on investment (ROI).
    3. Analyze ad performance, testing ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversions.
    4. Monitor and adjust ad spending to ensure optimal budget allocation.
    5. Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
  3. Digital Marketing and Reporting:
    1. Collaborate with the content team to enhance blog posts, landing pages, and marketing materials.
    2. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and experiment with innovative strategies.
    3. Present weekly/monthly performance reports on SEO rankings, website traffic, and ad campaign results.
