As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for executing inbound sales and marketing strategies, driving web-based campaigns, and focusing on customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and optimize online marketing initiatives to attract customers, by analyzing consumer requirements, market share, competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and forecasting business potential.
  2. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual quotas for regions and territories, projecting sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  3. Manage WHMCS, DNS, Helpdesk Panels, and related services professionally, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  4. Achieve marketing and sales objectives by contributing relevant information aligned with the company's vision and mission, and staying updated on new technologies.
  5. Engage customers of all sizes with the value proposition of Managed WHMCS, participating in architectural discussions for cloud deployment.
  6. Create and optimize sales targets, landing pages, and micro-sites, driving revenue growth across diverse customer segments.
  7. Implement, analyze, and optimize organic search engine marketing activities, including email campaigns to nurture leads and customers.
  8. Analyze and report weekly and monthly digital marketing metrics and lead statuses, maintaining a strong IT background in hosting, domains, web development, and cloud services.
  9. Develop and manage content for social networks and blogs, utilizing social media effectively.
  10. Attend educational workshops, review professional publications, and participate in professional societies to maintain technical knowledge.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls on toll-free, landline, and mobile numbers, collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a strong IT background in hosting, domains, web development, and cloud services.
  • Utilize social media effectively.
