As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring seamless integration of IoT devices, POS systems, and accounting software for tax filing automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Develop detailed project plans and timelines to achieve project objectives on schedule and within budget.
    • Continuously monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, manage, and mentor cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and external partners.
    • Collaborate with teams working with various technologies, including Flutter for frontend, SQL/PostgreSQL for databases, and Java/JavaScript/Python for backend.
  • Solution Development:
    • Oversee the integration of IoT devices, POS systems, and accounting software for tax filing automation.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including small businesses, accounting professionals, and technical teams, to ensure all components of the solution function seamlessly.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, roadblocks, and key developments.
  • Quality and Risk Management:
    • Ensure the quality of the final product by overseeing the testing and QA process.
    • Proactively manage risks, resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
