About the Role

This position is responsible for designing and implementing scalable and reliable cloud-based systems, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring proactive monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement scalable and reliable cloud-based systems.
  2. Automation and Tool Development: Continuously seek opportunities to automate workflows, develop self-sustainable tools, and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Incident Management: Facilitate partner inquiries and production incidents, ensuring compliance with internal SLAs. Responsibilities include responding to, investigating, and mitigating customer impact.
  4. Partner with the Global Partner Integrations (GPI), consumer engineering teams, and PMO to support product launches and other initiatives.
  5. Troubleshoot production issues by reviewing source code, logs, operational metrics, stack trace, etc. to pinpoint and resolve specific problems.
  6. Identify root causes and learnings to improve operational processes.
  7. Drive innovation and produce delightful experiences for our customers.
  8. Demonstrate data-driven open-minded decision making, have an insatiable curiosity, and love to invent and innovate to solve difficult challenges.
  9. Take ownership of work and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Support hyper-care and watch party events, providing real-time operational metrics and insights.
  11. Perform health checks on critical applications and services, ensuring uptime and availability.
  12. Write complex queries and scripts, analyze datasets, and pinpoint issues efficiently.
  13. Effectively communicate with global partners and stakeholders.
