Our team seeks a dedicated and visionary Head Nurse to spearhead the Ward/Unit, focusing on operational excellence and patient-centered care.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance nursing practice and patient outcomes.
- Coordinating with various departments and Consultants to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintaining Unit Par levels, managing crash carts, and observing dress code standards.
A successful Head Nurse will possess strong leadership skills, including ability to motivate and direct staff Nurses and Paramedical Staff.
Key tasks involve organizing clinical rounds, conducting environmental checks, monitoring attendance records, and reporting to the Nursing Manager.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing inventory, procuring ward supplies, maintaining accurate patient census records, and notifying the Nursing Manager of critically ill patients.
