Job Title: Freelance Bidder

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Bidder to identify and bid on relevant projects posted on online job platforms.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic approach to secure high-quality projects that align with our expertise and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze job postings on multiple platforms to identify relevant projects.
  • Write and submit compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements.
  • Maintain a high bid conversion rate by understanding client needs and presenting services effectively.
  • Communicate with potential clients to clarify project details and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and capabilities.
  • Keep track of all bid submissions, follow-ups, and responses in a systematic manner.
  • Provide regular updates on bid status and outcomes to the management team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve bidding success and client acquisition.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, SimplyHired, and Hubstaff Talent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of web development, design, and other IT services offered by Bibbder.
  • Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset.
