Fundraising Strategist

This pivotal role involves driving sales growth through innovative strategies, identifying and exploring new business opportunities to boost fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Fundraising team to develop and implement initiatives that drive revenue growth.

1. The role requires the candidate to identify and develop novel business ideas to enhance fundraising and fund development, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. This involves analyzing market trends, understanding donor needs, and creating targeted strategies to attract new donors.
2. An essential aspect of this position is facilitating open communication and collaboration among team members through organized agenda discussions during regular meetings and other events.
3. The successful applicant will provide expert support to the Fundraising team in creating high-quality proposals, taking sponsorships, and producing reports that meet donor standards. They will work closely with the team to ensure all deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively.
4. This critical role involves overseeing the initiation, planning, and implementation of activities necessary to achieve program goals and objectives within set deadlines, collaborating closely with relevant team members.
5. Building strong relationships with the Sales team to enhance their motivation and productivity is another key responsibility of this role.
6. The successful candidate will maintain a close relationship with at least three key accounts, monitoring campaign performance, and offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
7. Through collaboration with the Fundraising team, the individual will contribute to the development of compelling fundraising campaigns and related activities, leveraging their expertise and experience to drive results.
