Business Improvement Specialist


A results-driven Business Improvement Specialist is required to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.


  1. Evaluate current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose changes.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs.
  3. Apply Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects, utilizing Jira and Confluence for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and project tracking.
  4. Translate business requirements into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
  5. Develop and present mockups, wireframes, and UML workflows to demonstrate proposed solutions and gather feedback.
  6. Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions to ensure the solution meets the defined criteria and stakeholder expectations.
  7. Communicate findings and technical requirements to cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product directors.
  8. Track industry and IT trends to propose modernized, automated solutions within healthcare systems.
  9. Maintain alignment with business objectives by ensuring solutions deliver the intended value.

Core Responsibilities:


  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare IT or similar domains.
  • Proven experience with healthcare-related software systems.
  • Proficiency in Agile frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong ability to create clear and concise documentation, mockups, and flow diagrams (UML).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
