Key Responsibilities
  • Harness the power of advanced RAG vector stores and cutting-edge analysis tools to transform bug detection and resolution processes.
  • Pioneer new frontiers in software development by orchestrating AI development agents to craft and deploy innovative cloud-native features.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of 4+ years crafting production-grade server-side web applications in a commercial environment.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI coding assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor, or v0.dev.
  • Enthusiasm for embracing and integrating GenAI tools into your daily development workflow.
About the Role

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.

The compensation level for this role is $60,000 USD/year, assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
