About the Job

We are looking for a Head Hunter & Recruitment Leader who can drive business growth through exceptional recruitment skills. As a Sales Development Expert, you will be responsible for managing real estate agencies' portfolios, developing targeted strategies, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition and human resources operations.
  • Implement efficient tracking systems to monitor KPIs and optimize portfolio performance.
  • Provide timely resolutions to client queries and issues, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Establish long-term strategic partnerships with clients, built on trust and mutual benefit.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing and retail.
