Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing technical integration and services support to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver professional services product content delivery scripts and exports to a diverse clientele.
  • Create, update, and maintain online help documentation for customers, ensuring seamless navigation and support.
  • Assist the customer success team and commercial team by creating reports, queries, and analysis of catalog data.
Technical Requirements
  • Moderate database knowledge of Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, with experience working with at least one database management system.
  • Moderate understanding of at least one scripting language, such as JavaScript.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python and Java, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with relevant work experience in a similar role.
Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
