As an Education Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape of our institutions. Your responsibilities will be multifaceted, with a focus on strategic planning and execution. You will oversee curriculum development, ensuring that it is aligned with our organizational values and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Academic Planning: Develop comprehensive plans for syllabus break-up, academic calendars, timetables, and period distribution charts at the city level.
  2. Policymaking: Formulate recommendations for education, admission, examination, and discipline policies, and ensure their implementation.
  3. Quality Enhancement: Identify areas for improvement in education and teaching quality, review syllabus coverage, and provide training for moderators and teachers.
  4. Examination Management: Assist in preparing necessary documents, conduct examinations on time, and review results.
  5. Attendance Review: Monitor weekly attendance of moderators, identify issues, and provide solutions.
  6. Performance Evaluation: Hold consultations with organizers, record advice, and present monthly performance to stakeholders.
  7. Campus Visits: Visit campuses to identify issues and submit recommendations for resolution.
  8. Staff Development: Determine staff needs and ensure timely hiring according to organizational procedures.
  9. Appraisal and Promotion: Guide campuses in preparing annual appraisals and assist in budget preparation.
  10. Training and Development: Provide assistance in training schedules and analyze results and performance.
  11. Educational Support: Ensure civic advice from management and parents/guardians and resolve educational issues.
  12. Media Engagement: Identify activities for the MADANI Channel and record them through the Media Department.
  13. Community Involvement: Ensure participation of parents, students, faculty, and moderators in educational and organizational gatherings.
  14. Student Admission: Complete student admission, school registration, and affiliation issues across the organization.
  15. Policymaking Implementation: Assist in reviewing and ensuring implementation of education, admission, examination, and discipline policies.
